The Banquet Staff Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of all aspects of a banquet event, including coordinating staff, ensuring proper setup and service of food and beverages, managing guest expectations, and maintainig high standards and professionalism to ensure that all guests have a memorable experience. Candidate must posess excellent communication skills, have the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment, and have a flexible schedule.
