When you are ready to reserve a room, our Corporate Sales Specialist will email you an Event Order/Contract and tentative floor plan. A deposit equal to the room rental fee is due within 7-10 days and confirms your event space. The final balance is due after the event. We accept check payments and all major credit cards.
Yes, our Main Patio, Garden View Terrace, and Rock Cress Garden serve as the perfect backdrop for your special event. If you are interested in utilizing one of the outdoor spaces for or during your event, please inquire at time of booking. Depending on your set-up needs, fees may apply.
No, all the event details are not required at the time of booking. The event date, estimated number of people attending, and the approximate start and end time of the event will be required. The remaining details can be determined at a later date. Our Corporate Sales Specialist will be available to you by phone or email throughout the planning process. Final details are requested no later than 30 days prior to your event.
All food must be supplied and prepared by The Florian Gardens, except for dessert from a licensed bakery. As a stand-alone event center, we do have food and beverage minimums that are based on several factors. Our Corporate Sales Specialist will provide you with these minimums with the room rental quote.
Rooms are typically open and available for client decorating/set-up 1-2 hours prior to the start of the event. If you require additional time, please request this in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Yes, there are hotels nearby. Please refer to our Recommended Vendors list on our website.
Deposits are non-refundable, however, can be applied to a new event if booked within 60 days of cancellation date.
Cancellations less than 180 days before the function will be assessed as follows:
Less than 180 days - 25% of estimated revenue
Less than 90 days - 50% of estimated revenue
Less than 30 days - 75% of estimated revenue
Within 72 hours - 100% of estimated revenue
